Creator Video Publisher is a tool that helps creators prepare and publish their own short videos to their own TikTok accounts. The creator connects their TikTok account through TikTok’s official Login Kit, prepares each post in the App, reviews and approves it, and the App publishes approved posts via TikTok’s Content Posting API — either immediately upon approval, or automatically at the creator’s scheduled time. Nothing is published that the creator hasn’t reviewed and approved, and a scheduled post can be cancelled any time before it publishes.
You must have a TikTok account in good standing and meet TikTok’s age requirements to use the App. By connecting your account, you confirm you are authorized to publish content to that account.
We may refuse to process, suspend, or disconnect any account that violates these terms, misuses the App, or uses it in a way that risks the App’s standing with TikTok. We may update the App’s features or these terms as needed; material changes will be posted at the same URL with a new effective date.
You may stop using the App and disconnect your TikTok account at any time, in the App or via TikTok’s Settings → Manage app permissions. Disconnecting deletes your stored OAuth tokens (see Privacy Policy).
The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Publishing depends on TikTok’s platform and APIs, which we do not control; we do not guarantee that any post will be accepted, processed, or displayed by TikTok, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travis Prater is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including content removed or rejected by TikTok.
We will post any changes at the same URL and update the effective date before they take effect. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
Questions about these terms: prater352@gmail.com.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
October 8, 2026: clarified that approved posts may be published automatically at their scheduled time; approving a post for the publishing schedule constitutes consent for that specific post; added the right to cancel a scheduled post any time before it publishes.
